TALES FROM LATE NIGHT KROGER is a one man show/story-telling experience created by and starring Bruce R. Coleman. The stories in TFLNK are the observations of the author’s sojourns into the afterhours grocery store that lies at the heart of Dallas Texas’ very own Gayborhood, Oak Lawn. Illustrated with imaginative Pen, Ink and Pencil sketches created by the author himself, TALES FROM LATE NIGHT KROGER takes you on a journey that is Hilariously Funny, Poignantly Touching, Self Reflective and Always Human. And every word of it is true!

Over the years, I have found myself, for one reason or another shopping at the Oak Lawn Kroger - after hours. There I have found humanity in all of its gaudy, crazy glory - uncovering the chaos of the world in microcosm and shining a light on it. All of these wacky, surreal and heart tugging stories are true! I should know! I was there.
